5. Try the ‘Sandwich Method’– Sandwich your ‘no’’ between two positive statements. Start the conversation by understanding the other person’s needs. Acknowledge it by saying, ‘I genuinely understand your requirement. However, for XYZ reasons, I can’t deliver it.
